What Happens to Your Laundry After Hotel Pickup in Bangkok?

From the moment reception hands the bag over to the moment it comes back sealed: order ID, wash, dry, fold, quality check and delivery, step by step.

Handing a bag of clothes to a stranger at a hotel desk requires a certain amount of trust. Here is exactly what happens to it between that moment and the moment it comes back, with nothing skipped.
1. The bag gets an order ID before it moves
Every booking creates a unique order number, and that number is what the whole job runs on — not your room number, not your name. Reception holds the bag against it, our rider collects against it, and the laundry works to it. If you change hotels mid-trip, the order number follows you rather than the room.
You can follow the same number on your own tracking page, which is the simplest way to answer "where is my laundry" without messaging anyone.
2. Collection and handover
Collections run in two-hour windows, daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The rider collects from the front desk, the concierge or a condo lobby counter — never from your room door, which keeps it fast for everyone. We record who handed the bag over. You get a message once it has left the building, with the return time we are working to.
3. Weighing at intake
At the laundry the bag is weighed before anything else. That is how we confirm it matched the package you booked — Small up to 2.5 kg, Classic up to 4.5 kg, Family Plus up to 8.5 kg — and the weight is recorded on your order. No guessing, and no quiet upgrade without telling you.
4. Washing, by bag
Your bag is washed on its own. This is the practical difference between a pickup service and a kilo-priced shop, where loads from several customers are often combined. Everyday items are washed warm; anything you have flagged in the booking notes as delicate or prone to running is washed cool.
5. Drying
Cotton and synthetics are tumbled; heavier items — thick denim, towels, bedding — need a longer cycle, which is why those are better suited to the standard next-day return than to 4-Hour Express. Nothing goes back damp, because damp clothes in a sealed bag in this climate smell within hours.
6. Folding and any ironing
Everything is folded. If you added ironing at ฿40 per garment, those pieces are pressed after drying and go back on top of the bag rather than buried under towels — see the ironing service for what we can and cannot press. Dry-clean-only garments are never put through the wash bag; they run through dry cleaning separately.
7. Quality check
Before the bag is sealed it is checked and counted: is anything still damp, has anything run, does the count match what came in. This is the stage that catches problems while they can still be fixed, rather than after delivery.
8. Delivery and confirmation
The bag goes back to the address on the order — the same hotel, or a different one if you have moved. Reception signs for it, we message you, and the order is only closed once it is confirmed back with you. Payment status sits on the order too, so there is never a surprise at the door.
What it costs
Bag prices and return speeds are on the pricing page. In short: ฿399 for a Small bag, ฿599 Classic and ฿999 Family Plus with next-day collection and return included, with faster speeds replacing that delivery fee rather than stacking on top of it.
Ready to try it? Arrange a pickup and leave the bag at reception — the rest of this list happens without you.
