How fast is express laundry, and how is it different from same-day and next-day?

There are three return speeds. 4-Hour Express is the fastest: collected and returned the same day within roughly four hours, for loads small enough to dry in that time. Same Day comes back later the same evening. Next Day is the standard option and returns your laundry the following day. You pick the speed in the booking flow and see the final total before confirming.

What is the latest I can order for same-day return?

Same Day has to be booked before 11:00 AM, because washing, drying, folding and the return trip all have to fit into the same working day. After 11:00 AM the option is switched off automatically and Next Day is offered instead. 4-Hour Express depends on the time of day and current capacity, so it only appears when it can genuinely be delivered.

Is express available every day, including weekends?

We run every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weekends included. Express still needs enough daylight hours left for a dedicated collection, an immediate wash and a dedicated return, so late-evening express requests roll over to the next morning.

Question 4

What happens if the promised time cannot be met?

Accepted Answer

We would rather not take an express order than miss it, which is why the option is hidden when the timing is tight instead of being sold and then withdrawn. If something goes wrong after collection — traffic, a heavy or slow-drying load — we contact you on WhatsApp with a revised return time rather than letting you find out at the door.

What does express cost compared with normal return?

Only one delivery fee ever applies, so nothing stacks. With 4-Hour Express the totals are ฿598 for Small (up to 2.5 kg), ฿798 for Classic (up to 4.5 kg) and ฿1,298 for Family Plus (up to 8.5 kg). The same packages on Next Day are ฿399, ฿599 and ฿999. Full details are on the pricing page.

Are there hidden or per-kilo fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The package price covers washing, drying and folding up to its weight limit, and a single delivery fee covers the speed you choose. The only extra is ironing at ฿40 per garment, added item by item in the booking flow. The number you see before confirming is the number you pay.

Question 7

Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Most guests leave the bag with hotel reception, a condo front desk or a security desk, and we collect and return it there. If you would rather hand it over in person, choose a time window that suits you and we will meet you at the door.

Can hotel reception or a concierge hand the bag over for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reception staff regularly pass bags over on behalf of guests — just tell them your name and the return time. Concierge teams can also arrange collections for guests directly; the For Concierge Partners page explains how that works.

Which areas is express available in?

Accepted Answer

Express is offered across the central Bangkok corridors we cover on a daily basis — Sukhumvit, Asok, Thonglor, Siam, Silom and Sathorn among them. Availability outside those areas depends on the distance and the time of day, and the booking flow will tell you before you commit.

Do I need to sort or bag my clothes?

Just put everything in one bag. We separate lights, darks and anything that needs gentler handling ourselves. Tell us about a stain or a delicate item when you book and we will treat it accordingly.

Will my clothes be washed with other customers' laundry?

Accepted Answer

No. Every order is washed as its own load and kept together from collection to return, which is also what makes a four-hour turnaround possible.

Question 12

Can express handle delicates, suits or heavy items?

Accepted Answer

Express suits everyday clothing that dries quickly. Suits, heavy denim, thick towels, bedding and structured or dry-clean-only garments need more time or a different process, so they belong on a standard return rather than a four-hour one.

Can I get laundry back before hotel checkout or a flight?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes, if you book early enough. Hand the bag over the evening before and take Next Day, or book Same Day before 11:00 AM on the day itself. If you are flying out within a few hours, express is the only realistic option — and worth checking availability first rather than assuming.

I am leaving Bangkok tomorrow morning. What should I book?

Book today: Same Day before 11:00 AM brings everything back this evening, and express covers you if you are running later than that. Leave it until tomorrow and there is no speed that reliably beats an early departure.

Is there a 24-hour laundry near me in Bangkok?

Accepted Answer

Coin laundromats in Bangkok often run 24 hours, but you carry the bag there, wait out the cycle and fold it yourself. We are not 24 hours: collection and return run daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. What we do instead is come to you inside that window, so a bag handed over at 9:00 AM can be back the same day rather than costing you an evening at a machine.

Are you open now? What are the pickup hours?

Every day, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weekends and public holidays included. The last collection window starts at 7:00 PM. Book outside those hours and the order simply queues for the first window the next morning — you will see the window you are getting before you confirm.

What if I need laundry back late at night?

Accepted Answer

Anything handed over before early afternoon can usually be returned the same evening, up to 9:00 PM. After that the return moves to the next morning. If your deadline is an early flight, hand the bag over the day before and take Same Day or express rather than hoping for an overnight turnaround.

How close to me are you? Do you have a shop nearby?

There is no shopfront to find. A rider comes to the building you are already in — hotel reception, condo desk or your door — anywhere in the central corridor from Riverside and Silom through Siam, Chidlom and Ploenchit, out along Sukhumvit to Nana, Asok, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai and On Nut.
