Laundry Near Terminal 21: What Asoke Visitors Should Know

Staying near Terminal 21 and Asoke interchange? Here is how to get laundry washed and returned without losing an afternoon to it.
If your hotel is near Terminal 21, you are at the busiest interchange in Bangkok — BTS Asok above, MRT Sukhumvit below, and a dense block of hotels and condos around them. It is also one of the easiest places in the city to have laundry collected and returned, because almost every building here has a staffed desk.
There is no laundromat inside the mall
A common assumption is that Terminal 21 has a laundry counter. It does not. The nearest walk-in options are in the sois off Sukhumvit 21 (Asok Montri) and Sukhumvit 23, plus kilo-priced shops further toward Petchaburi. They are cheap, but the sois are long, and a drop-off and collect trip is an hour of walking you probably wanted to spend inside the mall or on the MRT.
The pickup alternative
Booking takes about a minute: property name, room number, and a two-hour window between 9:00 and 21:00.
