The Chao Phraya hotels are spread along both banks, reached by BTS Saphan Taksin, the Gold Line or a shuttle boat. Guests here tend to be on longer stays and do a lot of walking between piers, which fills a laundry bag faster than anyone expects.

Collections are handled at the hotel front desk. Because of the river crossing, morning windows are the most dependable, and a morning collection is also what Same Day requires.

Bags are washed on their own, weighed at intake, folded, checked and returned to the same desk with your order number on them.
