What we collect
When you arrange a pickup we collect your name, WhatsApp or LINE contact, property or hotel name, room number and pickup address, plus the details of your laundry order. Partners additionally provide their hotel, department and payout details.
How we use it
We use your information solely to collect, clean and return your laundry, to send order updates over WhatsApp, and to calculate partner referral commissions. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Order details are visible to HolidayWash operations staff and, for referred orders, to the concierge partner who referred you. Access is controlled by role-based permissions.
Retention
Order records are kept for accounting and commission reconciliation. You may request deletion of your personal details at any time by contacting us.
