Pickup and delivery are the same service, not two. When you book you choose when the bag leaves and how quickly it comes back, and the same rider network handles both legs across central Bangkok — Sukhumvit from Nana to On Nut, Asok, Thonglor, Siam, Silom, Sathorn and Riverside.

What it costs, with nothing to work out at the door: Small (up to 2.5 kg) ฿399, Classic (up to 4.5 kg) ฿599, Family Plus (up to 8.5 kg) ฿999 with collection and return included. Faster return upgrades are shown separately and never stack.

Collection windows run from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week including public holidays. Standard return is the next day; a morning collection booked before 11:00 AM can come back the same evening, and express returns everyday clothing in about four hours when the time of day allows.

Most people never meet the rider. Leave the bag at hotel reception, the condo front desk or the security desk under your name, go out for the day, and it comes back to the same place — tagged with your order number from the moment it is collected, washed as its own load, and folded before it is sealed.

Nothing needs sorting before we arrive. Put everything in one bag, flag anything delicate in the notes field, and hand it over.
