How a front-desk handover actually works.
Book a collection window, put everything in one bag and write your order number on it. Drop it at reception, the concierge desk or the building's security counter on your way out. That is the whole of your involvement until it comes back.
Our rider collects from the desk inside your window. The bag is weighed when it reaches the laundry, washed by bag rather than mixed with anyone else's, dried, folded and checked before it leaves us. It returns sealed and labelled to the same desk, and the front desk signs for it.
This works identically in condos and serviced apartments, where the lobby desk or juristic office plays the part of reception. If your building has neither, we meet you in the lobby at a set time instead.
