If your hotel is in central Bangkok — anywhere from Riverside and Silom through Siam, Ploenchit and Asok out to Thonglor and Ekkamai — yes. Reception hands the bag to our rider, and we bring it back the same way. If you are just outside the zone, message us; we often still collect.

How fast can you get here after I book?

Accepted Answer

Collection windows are two hours long and run from morning to evening, seven days a week. Book in the morning and a rider is usually with you the same day.

Do I need to be there when you collect?

Accepted Answer

No. Most guests leave the bag with reception or the condo desk and go out. If you would rather hand it over yourself, choose door handover and stay in during your window.

Is there a laundromat I can walk to instead?

There are coin laundromats all over Bangkok — Otteri, Wash Box and similar chains sit on most sois. They cost you the trip, the wait and the folding, and drying often needs a second round of coins. We collect from where you already are, so the only thing you do is hand over a bag.

How much does a Bangkok laundromat cost compared with pickup?

A self-service wash and dry usually runs to a few coin cycles per load, plus your own detergent and roughly two hours of waiting. With us you pay one price per load, hand the bag to reception and get it back washed, dried and folded — no trip, no waiting, no folding.

Some coin laundries offer a drop-off wash-and-fold, but you still travel there twice and collect during their opening hours. Our rider handles both journeys inside a two-hour window you choose.

I'm out all day — can you still collect?

Yes, and that is how most orders run. Leave the bag with reception or the building desk on your way out, and we hand the clean bag back to the same desk. You never have to be there for either leg.

I get back late. Is anything still possible?

Accepted Answer

The last collection window starts at 7:00 PM and returns run until 9:00 PM. Book an evening window and reception holds the bag for you, or choose next-day return and pick it up whenever you come through the lobby.

I don't want to carry a laundry bag on the BTS.

Accepted Answer

Then don't. Nothing in this service asks you to travel with your laundry — the rider does both journeys, so a full bag never leaves your building on your shoulder.

It's raining. Do I still have to go out?

Accepted Answer

No. Rain is when this service earns its keep: you hand the bag over inside your building and get it back dry, folded and inside a sealed bag.

Is this a pick up and drop off laundry service?

Yes — that is the whole service. A rider picks the bag up from where you are staying and drops it back to the same place, washed, dried and folded. You never carry it anywhere and there is no shop to visit.

Collection and return run every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weekends and public holidays included. The last collection window starts at 7:00 PM. Book outside those hours and your order queues for the first window next morning.

Coin laundromats around Bangkok often stay open 24 hours, but they cost you the trip, the wait and the folding. We are not 24 hours — we run 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM — but within those hours we come to you, so most guests get their laundry back faster overall.
