Last updated 2026. These terms apply to every HolidayWash booking.

Service

HolidayWash collects laundry from your hotel, condo or Airbnb in Bangkok, cleans it and returns it to the same address. Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may shift with traffic or weather.

Pricing

Prices are quoted per bag package at the time of booking. Weight guidelines are indicative only; we charge by the package you select, plus any add-ons you choose.

Garment care

Please remove valuables from pockets and tell us about delicate items before pickup. We follow care labels wherever present, but cannot accept responsibility for items that are unlabelled or unsuitable for standard laundering.

Liability

In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for the affected item. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before pickup. Once an order is collected it enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Partners

Concierge and hospitality partners are bound by the referral terms shared during onboarding, including commission rates and payout schedules.
